Program Specific Outcomes:(LANGUAGES)

DEPARTMENT OF HINDI

  1. Develop competency in Literary Forms.  
  2. Develop Reading, Writing & Communication Skills in Hindi.
  3. Get information about the history of ancient, medieval and modern Hindi Literature.
  4. Learn the literary works on the basis of the foundation laid by the scholars.
  5. Get information about the Literary Theories.
  6. Develop Approach of Hindi Linguistics & Grammar.
  7. Develops the skills of Hindi language

  9. Practices drafting personal letters

DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH

  1. Use correct English in oral as well as written form.

DEPARTMENT OF TELUGU:

  1. Enjoys the classic “Mahabharatham”, observes the values hidden in the stories and also in the language aspect that vary by the ages/poets/writers
  2. Learns about genres of time reflecting different issues of the society
  3. Becomes familiarised to different styles of writers and different dialects of the language
  4. Understands qualities of prabandha yugam and effect of the luxurious living of 16th century/Sri Krishnadevaraya yugam
  5. Appreciates Telugu literature and understands the reflection of social issues in writings of modern poetry and short stories
  6. Familiarizes to poets like pothana and koravi Goparaju and analyses the uniqueness of their poetry
  7. Understands all the aspects of our mother tongue and its importance for our existence
